DJI Care Enterprise Basic is an after-sales service plan specially designed for DJI Enterprise products, allowing you to fly with peace of mind without worrying about accidental damage. In the event of accidental damage during normal use within the coverage period, two replacements are provided, with a small additional fee for each replacement. DJI reserves the right to request the return of damaged components or to reject the service request in accordance with the coverage terms.
